Shipping Options & Delivery Costs

• Shipping is free because all of the products available in the shop are digital downloads and do not require shipping.
• There is no shipping or processing fee
• There is no fee to download a product once the purchase is complete.
• Each product can be downloaded an unlimited number of times.
• All orders are processed immediately.
• After completing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Be sure to check your spam folder or promotions tab if you do not see it within 10 minutes of finalizing and paying for your order.
• If you haven’t received your confirmation email within 30 minutes or need assistance with your downloads, please contact us at specialneedsforspecialkids @gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

International Orders

• As these are digital downloads, we accept all international orders.\
• There is no shipping or processing fee for international orders.
• Prices are in US dollars.

Downloading digital purchases:

1. After completing checkout you will receive an email with an invoice listing your purchases. ***If you can’t find your invoice, make sure to check your spam folder or promotions tab.
2. The titles of the items you purchased are clickable links that will allow you to immediately download the product.
3. Click on the title of the product for directions on downloading the resource directly to your computer or google drive.
4. If your file is a zipped folder, make sure to unzip the folder to access the contents. For help on unzipping a file CLICK HERE

To access previous purchases:

1. Log in
2. Go to the shop tab in the top navigation bar
3. Click My Account
4. Your previous purchases/downloads will be on the left
5. You can download your purchases an unlimited number of times
