Oh boy, when you are just starting out and have yo Oh boy, when you are just starting out and have your own classroom for the first time it is hard to know where to focus your attention. There is SO MUCH to implement and regulations to follow that it can feel completely overwhelming. It can be almost paralyzing. . But, I found if I could just pick one thing I knew I wanted to implement EVERY SINGLE DAY and focus on that for a bit, it really made the rest of the day go so much smoother. .
